Class Overview.
The Pro-Am Referee Training and Development Program is a 4-week training course, of classroom instruction during the Spring, in New Jersey. Each session is 2-3 hours long, giving you the most comprehensive and intensive skills development available to get you to your goals.

Course Design:
Students are introduced to and trained on current standards, guidelines and fundamentals of basketball officiating. Skills-development is monitored using industry-leading video-graphy techniques, and students receive ongoing hands-on instruction during the year in our many basketball venues. At the conclusion of the full course, each official who satisfactorily completes the required standards (testing, class participation) becomes eligible for the following:
